Launch REI is building a modern real estate media brand centered around a high-quality podcast, short-form video, and a fast-growing newsletter and community. They are seeking a Video Podcast Editor to own the post-production of long-form podcast episodes, focusing on quality, pacing, and professional presentation.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Editing full-length video podcast episodes (multi-cam, Riverside recordings)
Audio cleanup, leveling, and polish
Creating a high-quality episode intro and teaser
Structuring episodes for flow, pacing, and retention
Inserting pre-recorded CTAs and ad markers
Formatting and exporting for YouTube + Spotify video + audio platforms
Generating transcripts and basic show notes (AI-assisted is fine)
Uploading and organizing published episodes
