Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of personal lines insurance clients through proactive sales efforts
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct thorough needs analyses with clients to recommend appropriate insurance coverages and solutions
Manage and service existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Process new business applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations to provide expert advice
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and foster a positive work environment
Qualification
Required
Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., Applied TAM, HawkSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A genuine passion for helping people protect what matters most
