Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)
Atlantic Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Dallas, TX (Hybrid) to support high-volume hiring through scheduling, administrative coordination, and candidate communication. In this fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and calendars, including phone, video, and onsite formats
Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers, including managing job postings and candidate records
Communicate interview logistics, follow-ups, and status updates to candidates with professionalism and clarity
Maintain recruiting trackers, update ATS systems, and compile weekly reporting metrics
Assist with recruiting events, onboarding prep, and ad hoc HR-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required
1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles within a corporate environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to supporting people operations
Preferred
Experience in ATS platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse preferred
