Qualification
Required
Strong accounting skills, including experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliation
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a strong command of Excel and other spreadsheet applications
Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and company financial policies
Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights for business decisions
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
CPA certification or progress towards it is a plus
Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous
