Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service Experience
Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry
Preferred
Associates degree
