Senior Sales Executive – Employer Reputation & Culture (Full-Cycle)
Most Loved Workplace® is a research-based certification platform that helps organizations understand how their workplace culture is perceived publicly. The Senior Sales Executive will own full-cycle sales conversations with CHROs and executive leaders, guiding them through understanding their public culture signal and deciding on certification.

Responsibilities
Engage and qualify CHROs, Heads of People, Talent leaders, and CEOs
Introduce prospects to a short, research-driven culture signal assessment
Lead 15–30 minute consultative sales calls reviewing results and implications
Explain how employer reputation is interpreted by candidates and AI systems
Align certification depth to real business, hiring, and reputation goals
Guide prospects to clear yes/no decisions
Close certification engagements ($15K–$70K+)
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity independently
Strategic outbound prospecting is required
Qualification
Required
7+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
Proven experience selling to senior executives (CHRO, C-suite, VP+)
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
Experience with complex, intangible, or credibility-based offerings
Comfortable owning quota, pipeline, and close independently
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Preferred
Experience in HR technology, analytics, professional services, consulting, or executive advisory sales
Benefits
Uncapped commission based on closed certification revenue
On-target earnings: $150,000–$225,000+
