Define comprehensive test plans and DFT (Scan/ATPG/BIST) strategies to ensure robust product reliability
Design complex ATE hardware including load boards and probe cards to support New Product Introduction (NPI)
Continuously improve test yield and reduce test time to enhance cost-efficiency in high-volume production
Manage relationships with offshore OSATs and cross-functional design teams to align on quality goals
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Test Engineering with a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
In-depth knowledge of Advantest V93k is required
Proficiency in Smartest, RedHat, and version control (Git/SVN)
Proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle
