Responsibilities
Diagnosing and repairing injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment (dryers, conveyors, chillers, robots, material handling systems)
Supporting machine installations, startups, and removals
Performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
Monitoring equipment performance to ensure safe and efficient operation
Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Maintaining facility systems including HVAC and general building equipment
Following and enforcing lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols
Operating a forklift as needed to support maintenance and production activities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding equipment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability in manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, heaters, and control systems
Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures
Preferred
Experience with auxiliary equipment (material dryers, loaders, temperature controllers, robots)
Forklift experience or certification
