Learning and Development Manager
The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to champion strategies that empower staff and enhance patient care through talent development. Responsibilities
Lead with Purpose: Partner with the Director of Talent Management and HR Strategic Business Partners to bring learning strategies to life across the organization
Design & Deliver Impact: Create innovative programs that enhance leadership, team member development, and organizational capability
Inspire Teams: Coach and guide a dynamic Learning & Development team, fostering collaboration and excellence
Drive Innovation: Advance learning technologies and platforms to keep us at the forefront of education delivery
Measure Success: Use data and analytics to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives on performance and retention
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
3–5 years in Learning & Development with proven success managing teams and implementing enterprise solutions
Leadership and coaching expertise
Strategic thinking and project management
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Tech-savvy with learning platforms
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Preferred
Master's degree
