Manage and qualify enterprise and corporate leads
Conduct in-person tours with senior decision-makers (C-level executives, Directors, Country Managers)
Develop customized commercial proposals
Manage long and complex sales cycles
Coordinate closing processes with legal, procurement, and brokerage teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate brokers
Close contracts for private offices, executive suites, and full floors
Represent the WorQ brand with strong executive presence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in high-ticket Business-to-Business sales
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles
Fluent, professional English (required)
Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a strategic sales pipeline
Preferred
Corporate Real Estate, Flexible Offices, Leasing, or Corporate Services preferred
Spanish fluency (strong plus)
