Raider Outboards is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Program Manager in managing projects and maintaining digital systems. The role involves organizing files, updating records, and assisting with compliance documentation and social media content.

Responsibilities
Help manage and organize software, app, build, and training documentation
Assist with social media content, including videos and photos
Keep IT and program documentation organized and up to date
Support ISO 9000 and CMMC certification documentation
Track and manage physical files and on-site storage
Update quality management system documents
Help maintain product, marketing, and trade show materials
Learn new tools and processes while contributing ideas to improve workflows
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid drivers license
Solid organization skills and comfort using computers (Word, Excel, and other common tools)
Familiarity with social platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Comfortable learning new software, apps, and digital tools
