Responsibilities
Fully understand the general principles of the Agile Framework
Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum process
Facilitate the sprint planning processes as well as other scrum ceremonies
Assist automated requirements that populate the projects in Jira Cloud
Participate in roadmap planning
Track and report daily schedules
Monitor the effectiveness of the team processes and performance, collaborating on improvements and changes
Track costs, reconcile invoices, prepare documentation as required
Identify risks, roadblocks, and any other impediment to success, and solve the challenges
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work for anyone in the US without sponsorship
2 plus years' experience working with Agile and coaching scrum teams
Experience with Software development compliance / regulations
Experience leading teams within large programs
Experience with Jira is required
Understanding of Waterfall methodology
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills. Able to partner with stakeholders at all levels to achieve project objectives
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Scrum Certification REQUIRED
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
PMP preferred
