HR Business Partner - Remote
Abound Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team! In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted partner supporting leaders and employees across the organization, focusing on HR execution and employee relations.

Responsibilities
Serve as a day-to-day HR partner to assigned leaders and teams, supporting people needs and tactical HR execution
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support employee relations, including coaching leaders, documenting issues, and partnering on resolutions
Assist with performance management, corrective action, and documentation
Support key talent processes: onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and employee lifecycle events
Review HR data/metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Partner with leaders on organizational changes and team transitions
Ensure compliance in the consistent application of policies and employment laws
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
5–7 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar role
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion with confidential information
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
