New Grad, Entry LevelCalderonBarton is seeking an Associate Lawyer for a full-time on-site role in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Associate Lawyer will prepare and draft legal documents, provide legal advice, conduct legal research, and represent clients in legal negotiations, while collaborating with senior attorneys and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage and assist with a variety of legal matters and case files
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, and legal documents
Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required
Provide legal advice under the supervision of senior attorneys
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Legal expertise in areas such as litigation, contract law, corporate law, or dispute resolution
Strong research, drafting, and document review skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and legal correspondence
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage work efficiently
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus
