Information Technology
Responsibilities
Deploy and support desktop hardware (laptops, desktops, Macs, zero-client devices)
Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support to the Enterprise Service Desk
Maintain desktop OS and business applications in corporate and store environments
Deliver white-glove support to onsite executives as needed
Manage OS deployments using imaging tools and Airwatch; familiarity with sysprep and command-line utilities required
Create and maintain documentation and SOPs
Assist with office moves and equipment transitions
Enforce security protocols including patch management and system hardening
Meet project deadlines and communicate changes proactively
Safeguard equipment and data integrity
Uphold the principles of the IT Mission, Vision, Values, and Principles (MVVP)
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training
3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skilled in PC installation, configuration, and current OS platforms
Knowledgeable in OS deployment and virtualization technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend technical solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Eager to learn and stay current with technology trends
