Creating Curated Client Experiences
Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types
Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team
Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing
Supporting Store Operations Success
Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business
Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations
Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes

Partner with clinic team to provide people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace of belonging

Qualification
Required
Associate degree
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current State Nursing License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly
Minimum of 3 days available to work per week, including one Friday or Monday
Ability to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
Ability to commute to home clinic location and travel to other clinics as needed
Long periods of sitting and standing
Ability to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets
Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, and functions well with the team
Exceptional communication skills and capable of problem-solving
Outgoing personality yet calming presence
Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal-oriented
Prioritize client safety and customer service
Ability to make clinical decisions and know when to ask for assistance
Preferred
Senior Laser Practitioner License
2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
3 years of work experience in a clinical environment as an RN
Sr Cosmetic Laser Practitioner certification
