Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end close readiness
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, and vendor payments
Drive process improvements across Finance, Administration, Operations, HR, and IT
Deliver profitability, performance, and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decisions
Partner with external CPAs and legal advisors on compliance and reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years in finance/accounting leadership or senior financial operations
Strong knowledge of AR, AP, reporting, and reconciliations
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience required
Experience improving processes in fast-paced, growing environments
Strong communicator with cross-functional leadership skills
