Soleil Tans is a leader and innovator in the luxury sun spa industry. They are seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and manage a team to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities
Lead sales using our 5-Step Sales Method while coaching your team to sell memberships & products
Provide exceptional guest service to maximize satisfaction
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and provide shift coverage as needed
Ensure proper opening/closing procedures with adequate staffing
Process bi-monthly payroll accurately
Enforce company policies to improve sales & service performance
Oversee safety compliance and adherence to customer service standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices
Meet financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasing decisions
Maintain a clean, well-kept spa and ensure equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)
Manage inventory and supplies, restocking as needed
Support local marketing & advertising efforts
Represent the Soleil Tans brand in all employee, guest, and community interactions
Participate in leadership huddles and company-wide meetings
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of proven sales or retail management experience
Availability for 30–40 hours per week, including weekends
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Hands-on leader willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate & lead a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Applications
