Responsibilities
Support the Employee Relations function within the People & Culture team, reporting to the Director of People & Culture
Participation and/or leadership of People & Culture projects, as necessary
Manage the 360-feedback function
Facilitate project onboarding by initiating client requested background investigations if necessary
Conduct new hire orientation by reviewing Finit's policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, and coordinate all onboarding activities, including I-9 completion
Create and manage onboarding communication, schedules, and activities for new hires
Manage administrative responsibilities related to our performance management software
Assist with documentation and applications for external awards such as Great Place to Work, Inc. 500 and the Medical Mutual Pillar Award
Coordination with Managing Directors to ensure project feedback is collected according to project cycles
Manage and coordinate the annual performance review process, including communication, scheduling, tracking completion, and supporting managers and employees throughout the review cycle
Build strong, collaborative relationships with all organizations within Finit
Manage and implement employee development plans, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Development Plans, and Action Plans
Onboard new mentors into the mentor program, including explaining day-to-day mentor responsibilities
User administration for Microsoft, including mentor assignment changes
Manage and administer Awardco, Finit's employee recognition platform, including program funding, user access, and program creation. Coordinate feedback and data integration from Awardco into the performance management system
Backup administration to LMS, Litmos/LearnIt
Review and manage internal communication content to ensure all Finit messaging is unified, consistent, and positive in representing company programs and culture
Collaborate with the internal Diversity & Inclusion Council to ensure our communication efforts represent our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Coordination and management of Friday call schedule
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to be creative and organized while working independently in a fast paced, deadline-orientated environment
Demonstrated organization and follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize and deliver a high volume of work for multiple team members
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
HR Certification required
3+ years of demonstrated Employee Relations experience
