Customer Experience Intern

Chubb is a leading provider of workforce supplemental accident, disability, health and life insurance products. The Customer Experience Intern will work closely with the Customer Experience Director to analyze feedback and develop solutions that enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Customer Experience Director to analyze feedback, develop solutions, and create engaging content that fosters a positive experience for our customers
Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys and interviews
Help identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and contribute to developing actionable strategies
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Support the creation and maintenance of customer experience resources, including guides, FAQs, and training materials
Participate in customer experience projects, from planning through execution, and evaluate their effectiveness
Assist in organizing customer engagement initiatives, events, or webinars

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
Local to Chattanooga or Chicago area; must be able to work 4 days in the office
