Draft, review and revise legal documents/pleadings
Format court pleadings according to court rules
E-filing in various courts as needed
Research and writing
Cite-check briefs, etc
Maintain case files
Support Document Management and all discovery documents
Help prepare for depositions and hearings
Communicate with Witnesses and Experts
Prepare for Trial
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5-7 years plus of Paralegal experience supporting Litigation Attorneys in the State of California
Must possess excellent research and writing skills with Westlaw and/or Lexis
Experienced in e-filing in local State and Federal courts
Experience with eDiscovery, preferably with iPro or other software
Knowledge of the Legal procedures, Rules of Court and Local Rules of Civil Procedure
Must handle confidential materials with discretion
Be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
