Responsibilities
Design immersive worlds, captivating characters, and intuitive UI
Build and optimize game mechanics, implement assets, and ensure smooth performance
Collaborate on fun, engaging mechanics that keep players coming back
Work closely with designers, artists, and animators to bring ideas to life
Refine gameplay, art, and UX based on player feedback and internal reviews
Qualification
Required
Experience in mobile game development —whether as a developer, artist, or hybrid creative
Proficiency in tools like Unity, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, or Adobe Creative Suite (depending on your role)
A strong portfolio showcasing your work—be it code, art, or design
A passion for gaming and an understanding of what makes mobile games stand out
Great communication and teamwork skills—our best work happens together!
Preferred
Indie game or startup experience
Skills in rigging, animation, or VFX
Knowledge of mobile optimization and monetization strategies
