Responsibilities
Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events
Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc)
Be comfortable with the data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task
Spread the UberLOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc
Work closely with our recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
Qualification
Required
Self-driven with superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
Naturally curious, innovative, and extremely creative
Obsessive about candidate experience with strong communication skills
Charismatic people person who is flexible and excited to help build something awesome
Motivated with an understanding of the impact of a highly-satisfied crew
Utility player willing to help out wherever needed and highly organized
Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events
Knowledgeable about the business and able to answer HR related questions
Comfortable with data and able to run reports on a weekly basis
Work closely with the recruitment team to improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies
Preferred
1 - 2 years of prior scheduling experience
Calendar management and high volume scheduling experience
Stakeholder management and relationship development skills
Customer service mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
