Responsibilities
Join a dedicated team in a community-focused practice where your input matters and growth is encouraged
You'll join a team of 17 primary care providers including MDs, DOs, PAs, and ARNPs
100% outpatient practice shared between Iowa Falls and Ackley Medical Center
Support includes your own MA and nurse, plus a float MA for the team
1:12 call rotation by phone until 10:00pm; 1:5 Saturday clinic from 8am to 12pm
Work four days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Enjoy no after-hours administrative work with real-time charting
Flexibility with scheduling and call coverage
Qualification
Required
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Comfortable managing a broad rural patient demographic
Willing to participate in a collaborative, patient-centered care model
