Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, planning, and execution of .NET application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
Design scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions using the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET and SQL Server
Develop integration strategies for SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to deliver data-driven reporting and analytics
Oversee technical design reviews, establish coding standards, and enforce best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
Contribute to project planning activities—such as scope definition, resource estimation, and schedule management—to ensure timely, successful delivery
Identify, assess, and recommend emerging technologies that can enhance application architecture, performance, or maintainability
Participate in risk identification and mitigation strategies for enterprise application and reporting solutions
Document technical standards, solution architectures, and support transition of knowledge for ongoing system maintenance
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with .NET and ASP.NET application development
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
Solid understanding of architectural principles for web applications and enterprise software
Experience with project management or program management fundamentals, including planning, resource coordination, and status reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Preferably experienced with Agile or iterative project methodologies
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
Background in change management and strategic alignment is an advantage
