This role involves developing financial models, analyzing performance, and preparing executive-level reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
Analyze P& L performance and key business drivers
Prepare executive-level financial reporting and dashboards
Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
Improve reporting processes and financial visibility
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects

Qualification

Required

3+ years of Financial Analyst, FP& A, or related experience
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools a plus
Experience in fast-paced or project-based environments
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced or project-driven environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and risks through data evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
A proven track record of improving processes and delivering actionable insights

Preferred

Knowledge of financial markets and experience using Bloomberg Terminal is preferred
