Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products safely and effectively
Diagnose common lawn issues like pests or soil conditions
Drive a company vehicle to customer locations
Communicate treatment plans and recommendations to customers
Keep equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
Document services accurately for clients and state reporting
Qualification
Required
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, handle outdoor work, and climb ladders (up to second-story rooftops)
Preferred
Industry experience is a plus, but not required
