Qualification
Required
Experience and knowledge in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and the overall Mortgage Industry
Familiarity with Underwriting processes and procedures
Strong Customer Service skills and a client-first approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in relevant systems and software used in the mortgage industry
Preferred
Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or related role, or relevant certifications
