Responsibilities
Lead month-end close, consolidation, and financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP
Build, monitor, and improve internal controls and accounting policies across multiple locations
Own audit readiness, schedules, and coordination with external auditors and third-party advisors
Drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
Support acquisitions and integrations including diligence support, accounting alignment, and systems rollout
Partner cross-functionally to improve data flow, transparency, and reporting cadence
Qualification
Required
CPA strongly preferred (required for some profiles), Bachelor's in Accounting or related
8+ years progressive accounting experience with multi-entity or multi-site complexity
Healthcare experience required, ideally provider-based, multi-location
Experience moving environments from cash to accrual, or strong revenue understanding in healthcare settings
ERP experience required (NetSuite ideal), implementation or optimization is a big plus
Proven leadership, mentoring, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth environment
