Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Security, Software, and IT teams to execute Infrastructure & Tools scope
Design and manage complex IT infrastructure, including redundancy and disaster recovery
Transform and modernize Test IT Infrastructure and tools with virtualization and automation
Deploy and configure servers, virtual machines, storage, and network/firewall environments
Administer VMware environments and perform upgrades
Manage and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networking (switches, routers, firewalls)
Support cloud services (AWS and Azure) and hybrid environments
Implement best practices for server room operations and lab excellence initiatives
Develop engineering documentation and processes to improve repeatability and reduce waste
Work hands-on in lab environments with diverse test equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited institution
5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience managing large server environments (bare metal and virtual machines)
Strong networking experience (Layer 2/3, switches, routers, firewalls)
VMware administration and upgrade experience
Experience managing cloud services (AWS and Azure)
Data backup management experience
Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills
Regular and predictable attendance
Preferred
Active or prior U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with current Tier 5 (T5)
Security+ certification
VMware certifications
10+ years of related experience
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Automation experience with Ansible, VMware Aria, or PowerCLI
Experience in mixed Unix/Linux and Windows environments with NAS/SAN storage
Hybrid cloud experience
5+ years leading technical teams
