Responsibilities

Coordinate review and comment processes
Respond to program and project inquiries
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making
Maintain multiple SharePoint sites, ensuring accurate content, access, and updates
Partner with staff across work groups to identify and implement process improvements
Support meetings, coordination efforts, and communication with King County staff
Draft external correspondence for supervisors or management
Collaborate effectively with teams across the division and perform other duties as assigned
Build, monitor, and maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure compliance and data accuracy
Organize and maintain grant files, reports, and audit documentation across SharePoint, shared drives, and databases
Track grant project scope, schedule, and budget; follow up with project managers to address risks or issues
Assist with preparing grant applications, amendments, reports, close-outs, and other required submissions
Produce monthly and quarterly performance dashboards
Convene and support interdisciplinary teams to measure and report performance
Coordinate performance management processes that support continuous improvement and strong data stewardship

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with project management and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Airtable)
Strong skills in data visualization, report development, research, analysis, and data entry
Experience building and managing databases, dashboards, SharePoint sites, and document management systems
Background providing complex technical and administrative support
Ability to create workflows and standard procedures, and to collaborate with diverse teams on process improvements
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through-, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Cultural awareness and comfort engaging in conversations about race, equity, and diversity

Preferred

Knowledge of grant management processes and related local, state, and federal requirements
Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies
Competency leading improvement projects and adopting new systems to enhance value for partners
