Responsibilities
A natural desire and ability to empathize and engage with users: their wants, needs and perceptions
Experience building intuitive information architectures and sites that guide users down carefully crafted user flows
Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methods
A portfolio with examples that show innovative ways to solve user problems
A strong desire to create innovative, human-centered digital experiences that are intuitive and engaging
An ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with as few buzzwords as possible
An appreciation of the importance of the written word in interface design
Proficiency in Figma and UserTesting
Experience leading the development of UXO strategies that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across digital platforms
Experience with VWO, Optimizely, or comparable A/B Testing platforms
Familiarity with front-end development best practices, languages and frameworks including HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, etc
Qualification
Required
