Assist in preparing individual and small business tax returns
Review financial documents
Ensure compliance with current tax laws
Interact with clients
Provide timely and accurate information
Help resolve tax-related inquiries during the busy tax season
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Tax Preparation, Tax Law, and general knowledge of Tax concepts
Understanding of Financial Statements and Finance
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Prior experience in tax preparation is a must
