Qualification
Required

Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, present proposals, and engage with diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of finance concepts related to cost analysis and healthcare budgeting
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred
Experience in the healthcare or benefits consulting sector is an advantage
