U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Director of Cancer Operations to lead and elevate cancer services across a large, multi-site urology practice in Central and South New Jersey. This high-impact leadership role focuses on improving cancer care delivery and patient experience by overseeing a multidisciplinary team and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team overseeing all cancer operations
Optimize workflows and improve care delivery using Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies when possible
Partner closely with physicians to advance innovative treatment pathways
Elevate the patient experience across oncology services
Drive growth through expanded pharmacy utilization, referral development, and in-office dispensary optimization
Monitor and manage KPIs including prescription capture, budget performance, and operational efficiency
Evaluate team structure and performance, implementing improvements where needed

Required

Master's degree preferred (MHA, MPH, MBA)
5+ years of leadership experience across multi-site healthcare operations

Strong clinical foundation (NP, PA, RN, pharmacist, or oncology operations experience) required
Proven change leader with strong operational, financial, and analytical skills
Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style
Passion for patient-centered care and team development
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Central or South New Jersey
