They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead project activities, maintain coordination with teams, and manage materials and logistics throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead project kickoff activities with the client, general contractor, IT, and low-voltage teams, and conduct design reviews to validate drawings, pathways, and MDF/IDF requirements
Maintain daily coordination with field supervisors and foremen to track progress, resolve issues, confirm site readiness, and provide percentage-complete updates throughout rough-in, terminations, and testing
Facilitate weekly status and progress meetings with the client and GC, clearly communicating risks, delays, and mitigation plans
Manage materials and logistics planning, including confirmation of cable reels, racks, patch panels, staffing levels, and open RFIs or permits
Oversee quality control through internal walks, verification of labeling and installation standards, and review of testing results and punch-list completion
Conduct periodic financial reviews, manage budgets and change orders, and ensure accurate billing throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and organize all closeout documentation, including as-builts, test results, warranty materials, and O&M packages
Lead final walkthroughs, closeout meetings, and internal post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance
