They are seeking a Global Controller who will lead core accounting operations, establish scalable processes, and support strategic initiatives as the company expands internationally and adds new service lines.

Responsibilities
Own and lead all day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, monthly close, consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance
Establish and refine scalable processes and internal controls to support a growing, global services business
Manage external audits, tax filings, and compliance matters in partnership with third-party providers
Build and lead a high-performing accounting team, providing mentorship and development while driving accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, legal, HR, operations, and delivery to ensure financial accuracy and alignment
Support the integration of acquisitions, including systems, policies, and reporting standards
Contribute to ERP implementation and automation efforts that drive efficiency and real-time visibility
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and the FP&A team, bringing insights, solutions, and financial leadership to key initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required
10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, ideally in technology consulting, professional services, or SaaS
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Familiarity with global operations, intercompany transactions, and currency considerations
Demonstrated success optimizing financial systems. Certinia expertise is preferred but a solid track record with other ERP systems is important
Good understanding of purchase price allocation accounting (M&A)
Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and multi-entity consolidations
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and scale accounting teams across different geographies (US and India)
