Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, the Engagement Specialist II works with staff to support the Library's strategic goals and initiatives by assisting customers and providing relevant and timely programs and services, both inside and outside the library
This position will assist guests of all ages but will have a specific emphasis on adult programming
This position will be assigned to the Del City Library, which is located at 4330 SE 15th Street in Del City, OK 73115
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from an accredited college or university
One year of customer service experience
Preferred
Enthusiasm for public service and the ability to work well with a diverse audience
Experience building sustainable community relationships
High level of comfort with program planning, implementation, and evaluation
