They are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator in Training to work under an experienced construction manager in the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of work.

Developmental position for project manager and/or estimator
Plan review/coordination with designers and Project Manager
Construction submittal review/coordination
Schedule creation/management
Develop preliminary/conceptual budgets
Subcontract administration
Develop take-offs and cost estimates
Job Cost Management
Coordination with onsite project team
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of commercial construction principles/practices or a desire to pursue a career in this field
Previous experience in the commercial construction industry
Computer proficiency/familiarity with Microsoft office suite
Desire to learn/advance
Strong math skills
Ability to multi-task
Close attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Driving record & Valid Driver's License
Preferred
A bachelors degree or working towards a bachelors degree in the construction industry is a plus
