Customer Service Specialist I
Bennett Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to provide direct communication with customers regarding service and pricing requests. The role involves ensuring accurate pricing, monitoring customer requests through completion, and maintaining a high level of professional communication.

Responsibilities
Provided prompt, reliable, accurate and user friendly service response to customer requests. Insure that all communication is handled in a highly professional manner and have a complete understanding of the customers expectations
Ensure the accurate pricing of all "rate quotes" (contract, tariff and spot market) is accurate and consistent with established company policy and that applicable accessory charges including current applicable fuel surcharge have been correctly applied
Ensure the complete execution of customer requests are achieved by monitoring the transaction thru completion notifying manager immediately of any non compliance
Qualification
Required
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
Preferred
Transportation experience is a plus
