Responsibilities
Build Winning Strategies: Lead the development and execution of advanced digital advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, and programmatic channels
Achieve Results: Focus on driving ROI and creating full-funnel strategies, including customer journey mapping, conversion tracking, and analytics-driven decision-making
Collaborate with Clients: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert recommendations and actionable insights that align with their business goals
Elevate the Team: Work closely with the Digital Lead and Founder to refine techniques, tackle complex campaigns, and share your expertise with the team to expand our capabilities
Execute with Excellence: Manage large-scale campaigns, including e-commerce and national B2B initiatives, ensuring that strategies are implemented effectively to deliver results
Qualification
Required
5 Year Minimum Experience
5+ years of proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record of driving results for clients
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, funnel building, programmatic advertising, and advanced analytics tools
Proficient in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and creating high-performing digital strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate strategically with clients
A team player who can take initiative and mentor others, helping the team grow through your expertise
Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max)
Experience with Meta Advertising (Facebook and Instagram Ads, including advanced audience targeting and campaign optimization)
Experience with The Trade Desk (Programmatic advertising and demand-side platform expertise)
Experience with Google Tag Manager (Tag implementation, tracking, and event configuration)
Knowledge of Programmatic Advertising Platforms (DSPs, audience segmentation, and campaign execution)
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 expertise, ROI tracking, and funnel analysis)
Experience with Conversion Tracking Tools (Pixel implementation and tracking for platforms like Google, Meta, and others)
Experience with Customer Journey Mapping (Strategic funnel building and audience engagement planning)
Experience with SEO and SEM Strategies (Integrated search and advertising campaigns for enhanced visibility and performance)
