Mechanical Commissioning Engineer / Project Manager (Data Centers)
Jobot is an Award-Winning International Engineering Firm with a dedicated Data Center Commissioning practice. They are seeking a Data Center Commissioning Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing mechanical systems and ensuring projects meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
Perform construction observations, review contract documents, develop functional test plans and execute tests for a wide variety of mechanical, and controls systems
Execute retro-commissioning engineering/energy studies & contribute to design and energy projects for National industrial, institutional, and commercial clients
Assist in managing small to large Data Center projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering field preferred
Must have at least 4 years of specific Data Center Commissioning experience (Electrical/Mechanical.)
Experience with Project Management - scheduling; coordination with staff & contractors; verifying field quality; accountability; cool under pressure
Technical mechanical expertise
Available to be On-Site ~60% to 70%
Has experience with managing staff
Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems
Experience managing design/energy services commissioning project resources to pre-determined scope, fee, and schedule
Knowledge of building codes, construction industry standards, such as ASHRAE, LEED
Effective leadership and written / verbal communication skills are essential
Preferred
PE, CBCP, BCxP, CEM, CCP, CxA are a plus
