HYBRID - Talent Acquisition Coordinator I
Platinum Resource Group is a professional level consulting firm providing resources to Fortune 1000 client companies. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager by managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the contingent workforce, assisting hiring managers with opening requisitions, coordinating with staffing agencies, managing contracts, and onboarding contingent workers
Support Talent Acquisition Partners with interview scheduling and candidate communication in a professional and timely manner
Arrange travel for candidates through an external travel agency as needed
Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and execute new hire onboarding processes
Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators in the Newport Beach office to balance workload and ensure consistent processes
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of related administrative or recruiting coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to manage a high volume of daily emails
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
