Admin Assistant/Data Entry
Mindlance is a company looking for an Admin Assistant/Data Entry to support their Learning and Development team. The role involves providing general administrative support, maintaining filing systems, performing data entry, and assisting with document preparation and resolution of administrative issues.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain electronic filing system
Perform data entry and scan documents
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms
Familiarity with expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Document and file management (electronic and/or paper-based)
Task prioritization and time management
Professional email etiquette
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Adaptability to different systems, processes, and shifting priorities
Collaborative team player, but also able to work independently
Ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formats
Preferred
High School Diploma or associate's degree preferred with 0- 2 years of relevant experience
Prior work in a corporate setting and/or Learning and Development a PLUS
