Responsibilities
Manage and direct activities of an engineering consulting office
Lead a multi-service office generating more than $7 million in annual revenue
Supervise and support multiple technical projects simultaneously
Manage workload planning, recruitment, hiring, performance management, compensation, and corrective actions
Direct local business development strategies and maintain key client relationships
Coordinate with marketing and technical experts during proposal development
Monitor job progress and collaborate with department managers to ensure project success
Enforce corporate risk, safety, and quality protocols and hold managers accountable for compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e., environmental, geotechnical, etc.) and 8 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
Preferred
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.)
