Responsibilities
Keep the office running
Manage supplies, coordinate with building management, handle mail and deliveries, and ensure the space is set up for the team to do their best work
Support onboarding
Help new hires get set up on day one; equipment, desk setup, building access, and making sure they feel welcome
Coordinate all admin requirements to ensure a smooth first week
Manage vendors and logistics
Own relationships with office vendors, coordinate catering for team events, and handle ad-hoc logistics like travel booking or event planning
Help with people operations
Assist with HR administration tasks like maintaining employee records, tracking PTO, and supporting benefits enrollment through Justworks
Support the remote team
Make sure remote employees feel connected—coordinate shipping for equipment, help organize team offsites, and keep communication flowing
Handle administrative tasks
Calendar management, expense processing, and other administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
Exceptionally organized
Warm and approachable
Proactive problem-solver
Comfortable with technology
Based in NYC and able to be in our Flatiron office every day
Preferred
Startup experience is a plus but not required
