Responsibilities
End-to-end leadership of platform, infrastructure, and data engineering
Scaling the organization from ~15 → 50+ engineers across Atlanta, India, and remote teams
Hardening and productionizing a big-data, open-source-driven platform for enterprise reliability, security, and performance
Establishing true engineering rigor (SRE/CRE, CI/CD, SDLC, testing, QA)
Unifying architecture, managing technical debt, and enabling speed and long-term stability
For the right leader, expanding into Product ownership over time
Qualification
Required
Senior engineering leader (Director / VP / Head / CTO-level)
Deep experience with big data platforms and distributed systems
Strong exposure to open-source data infrastructure (Apache ecosystem, streaming systems, query engines, etc.)
Proven ability to scale platform teams and enterprise-grade systems
Comfortable operating as a true executive partner to the CEO
