Responsibilities
Able to produce high quality work, handle multiple projects while staying organized and works well under pressure / tight deadlines
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other platforms such as Keynote, Microsoft Office, Asana, etc
Specific experience with Animation using Adobe After Effects (please share as part of portfolio)
Able to / excited to conceptualize a project from start to finish
Focused on quality and thoughtfulness, while keeping the client objective top priority (we pride ourselves in providing great design solutions no matter the task)
Can follow and maintain a variety of client brand standards / guidelines
On time and can meet deadlines
Understanding and open to revisions - both internally and externally
Enjoys collaboration and is open to diverse perspectives
Has a confident point of view, but is able to communicate in a professional demeanor and is comfortable being client facing
Able to provide at least 25 hours of client-billable time a week, with the opportunity for more

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or related field
At least 4 years of POST GRADUATE experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE)
Proficient in necessary programs, primarily Adobe Creative Suite, with specific experience with Adobe After Effects
A strong aesthetic and creative point of view
Capable of meeting deadlines and project deliverables / expectations
Comfortable working in, and able to adapt to a variety of industries including, entertainment, LGBTQ+, Finance & Tech, Small Business, NPO, etc
