Responsibilities
Work closely with Functional Manager and other Business Analysts to identify areas for improvement within current Child Support system to deliver practical, actionable recommendations
Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and pain points
Design optimized workflows for complex processes in alignment with business requirements
Design self-guiding workflows, including guided navigation, tooltips, and contextual assistance, for critical areas such as order entry and financial adjustments
Conduct stakeholder interviews

Required

Must have at least 5 years of experience working with Child Support systems
Must have at least 5 years of experience working with financial operations such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation
Must possess a completed Bachelor's Degree
