Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership: Lead moderate to large teams in driving complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Understand complex environments and partner with Product and Tech leadership to develop enterprise-wide stakeholder updates, decision-driving materials, and communications
On-Time and On-Budget Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget within challenging environments while simultaneously managing risk
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner cross-functionally with project customers, offering strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Relationship Building & Collaboration: Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments

Required

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
At least 3 Years of People Management experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
6+ years of Project Management experience
4+ years of People Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
